Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Technician for the 3rd shift (Tuesday–Saturday) in Cherry Hill, NJ.

You will monitor and maintain all production equipment on the floor, perform corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot high-speed filling and packaging lines, and ensure logs and SOPs are followed. You will work with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to meet KPIs, complete work orders, set ups, and coordinate with OEMs and contractors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years maintenance experience on high-speed equipment.
• Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance and spare parts systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications and technical manuals; perform precision measurements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work safely and follow SOPs/Job Aids.

Responsibilities

• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality.
• Troubleshoots and repairs high-speed filling and packaging equipment.
• Maintains maintenance logs and documentation per SOP and cGMP.
• Completes corrective and preventive work orders.
• Performs set-ups or changeovers for production schedule.
• Advises supervision of tools, materials and parts needed to maintain equipment.
• Collaborates with Maintenance, Operations & Engineering to meet production goals.
