RightStone is seeking dedicated Data Entry Specialists in Chicago, IL 60608 for a 4-month contract-to-hire role. You will manage physical medical archives, digitize vital data, and enter high-volume information into the client database while handling boxes weighing 30 to 50 lbs.

The schedule runs 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, five days a week, with a 30-minute lunch. Key qualifications include 10,000+ KPH typing speed with exceptional accuracy and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.

Qualifications

• Proven data entry experience with high-speed typing and excellent accuracy.
• Ability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift.
• Comfortable alternating between seated work and physical activity.
• Punctuality and dependable attendance in a structured workflow.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve medical files from cartons and accurately enter required data fields into the client database.
• Maintain keystroke speed of 10,000 KPH with 100% accuracy, verified by double-key confirmation.
• Safely lift and carry cartons weighing 30–50 lbs to and from workstation and pallet.
• Organize and return completed files to proper cartons and pallet storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following PPE requirements.
