Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a downtown Chicago project. The role is onsite, schedule 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and runs for a 5–6 month contract.

You will enter and verify data, review documents for accuracy, and contribute to data integrity while handling confidential information. The position requires at least 1 year of data entry experience, a 40 WPM typing speed (test administered), and a willingness to commute daily to downtown Chicago.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of data entry experience.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM; a test will be administered.
• Willingness to commit to a 5–6 month contract.
• Must be able to commute to downtown Chicago five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
• Review source documents for accuracy and completeness prior to entry.
• Verify, correct, and reconcile data discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
• Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity.
• Generate basic reports as requested by management.
• Retrieve and provide information from databases upon request.
• Scan, file, and manage documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Communicate with internal departments to clarify missing or inconsistent information.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
