Tnemec North Kansas City is seeking a Production Engineer – High-Speed Batchmaking to lead safe, efficient production of coatings in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will apply chemical engineering and process-control principles to ensure batch quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree preferred.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or batch/process environments preferred.
• Ability to work with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture coatings and related chemical products per formulas and schedules.
• Operate high-speed batching, mixing, and material-handling equipment.
• Monitor critical process parameters and document results.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Scheduling, and Maintenance.
• Support process improvements and equipment upgrades.
