Job summary

Arkema Inc is seeking a Production Engineer at the NKC site to provide 50% production engineering support for a powder coating site with two batch reactors and 50% focus on regional Recipe Industrialization within a global coatings business unit. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in batch or semi-batch processes in a chemical manufacturing plant is strongly preferred.
• Advanced skills in analyzing processes such as reactions, agitation/mixing, heat transfer, separations, drying, and powder handling.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand all powder coating process technology, equipment, and control systems.
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and operations to maintain production schedules and batch records.
• Lead and implement process improvements and changes using MOC/quality tools.
• Support safety, health and environmental initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
