Qualifications

• Five years of full-time employment in HVAC-related field.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in instruction, peer training, or mentoring in a trade environment.
• Current First Aid/CPR and AED certifications and OSHA 10/30.
• Proficiency with LMS, Zoom, and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC/trade instruction in a non-credit, workforce training setting.
• Maintain safety and college policies across classrooms and labs.
• Develop and implement engaging lessons aligned with industry standards.
• Utilize technology and online resources to enhance learning.
• Assess student progress and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with Director and Program Manager to document requirements.
• Coordinate with the instructional team for curriculum improvements.
• Counsel and advise students on progress and retention.
