Kearney High School, part of the Kearney School District, is seeking a High School Assistant Coach in the Activities department to support practices, games, and events with safety and district compliance in mind. The role requires coaching or athletic experience, good health, and the ability to lift 50 pounds, with CPR/First Aid and teaching certificates preferred.

• Coaching experience preferred.
• Athletic/sport experience in High School and/or College preferred.
• Good health and physical condition; must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of Kearney School District and MSHSSA guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead practice with a schedule of activities.
• Attend all practices, games, and competitions.
• Report issues to Activities Director and/or Head Coach.
• Attend required meetings with Activities Director.
• Assist in care of equipment and facilities.
• Assist in inventory and storage of equipment and uniforms.
• Plan banquet and awards for athletes and facility improvements.
