Role Summary: Foster an environment of excellence and create Raving Fans by executing all tenets of Second Mile Service (2MS), Operational Excellence (OE), and Creating Emotional Connections (EC).
General Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook.
- Understand all tenets of 2MS, OE, and EC.
- Deliver portions that are correct, meet weight and presentation expectations.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) model.
- Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation, and quality are top level.
- Handle customer issues appropriately and play a positive role in customer recovery.
- Show up on time, maintain a positive attitude, and work hard during your shift.
- Seek continuous improvement in your work efficiency and quality.
- Proactively pursue certification and cross-training opportunities.
- Fill your shift if unable to work.
- Maintain appearance in accordance with the Handbook.
- Be a team player.
- Display stewardship and ownership for the business.
Back of the House (BOH) Responsibilities:
- Use holding and timing systems, batch numbering on pans and in the chute system.
- Track waste and store according to procedures.
Requirements:
- Available to work a minimum of # hours per week.
- Understand Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
- Can close 3 nights per week, year-round (2 nights Mon-Thu, and 1 night on Fri or Sat).
