A bachelor’s degree is required before your first day, and a rigorous major is preferred. In-person work in NYC is expected, with the goal of guiding 20+ students toward academic success.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e, biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities

• Teach in NYC’s top-performing network of K-12 charter schools and prepare students from low-income neighborhoods for college.
• Work with your students using our training and proven curriculum to focus on learning and growth.
• Engage in leadership pathways and professional development to advance in teaching and leadership roles.
