Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e, biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities

• Teach in New York City’s top-performing network of K-12 charter schools and support students from low-income communities.
• Collaborate with school leaders, families, and peers to improve student outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership pathways within the network.
