You’ll work in person in New York City, teaching and supporting students from diverse backgrounds to become confident thinkers and leaders. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll receive extensive training, ongoing coaching, and clear pathways to leadership.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e, biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities

• Teach and engage students in a high-performing K-12 charter network in NYC.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to deliver rigorous, joyful instruction.
• Use data to inform instruction and support student growth.
