The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and an enthusiasm for supporting student learning across a range of grade levels and subjects. Substitute Teachers are responsible for implementing prepared lesson plans, managing classroom environments, and fostering a positive, supportive atmosphere that encourages student growth and development.
