Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively with students, families, general education teachers, and administrators.
• CORI and fingerprint-based background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized direct instruction through push-in/co-teaching, pull-out support, resource room instruction, or other service delivery models.
• Align instruction with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and individual IEP goals.
• Support students with disabilities in vocational-technical shop environments and classrooms.
• Adapt instructional materials and assessments to meet IEP requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on student performance toward IEP goals.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with families regarding progress.
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and related service providers to address student needs.
• Participate in student support and problem-solving processes.
• Promote an inclusive learning environment maximizing access to academics and career/technical opportunities.
