The ideal candidate will hold PA Certification, demonstrate strong collaboration with families and staff, and maintain a structured, supportive classroom that promotes student independence and growth.

Qualifications

• Appropriate PA Certification is required for all areas.
• Pedagogical skills to develop the instructional program.
• Must obtain PA Criminal, PA Child Abuse and FBI checks within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of instruction to assigned students.
• Maintain current knowledge of subject matter and instructional strategies.
• Supervise and manage behavior in the instructional setting.
• Participate in curriculum development and family communications.
• Support district programs and co-curricular activities as needed.
• Maintain professional decorum in all interactions.
• Provide referrals to students for counseling and related services.
• Report student progress to Administration.
• Support the mission of the school in public contacts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Building Principal.
