Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and district policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management for students with disabilities and IEP duties.
• Delivers direct services per IEP and coordinates with regular education staff.
• Maintains FERPA compliance and student records per regulations.
• Plans and supervises Transition program activities and curriculum.
• Engages with VR, Transition Specialist, and families for student goals.
• Assists with recruitment/screening for TSW students and ensures safety.
