Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists for a contract in the Nashua, NH area for the 2026-2027 school year. The positions are full-time (32.5–37.5 hours/week) from August 2026 to June 2027, serving K-12 students with AAC devices and Autism.

Workload is manageable with ten or fewer students and strong collaboration with school staff. Ideal candidates hold NH licensure (or reciprocity), CCC-SLP, and prior school experience, with a focus on AAC and individualized therapy plans.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (NH or eligible for reciprocity)
• CCC-SLP certification required
• Experience with school-aged children; Autism spectrum disorders background preferred
• Experience developing and implementing AAC interventions for diverse communication needs
• Effective collaboration with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans focusing on communication and AAC use
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators
• Monitor progress, document thoroughly, and adjust interventions as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for students
