Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
• CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience or strong interest in working within a school environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and school-based therapy approaches

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to high school students in accordance with their IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop goals, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to foster student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Attend and contribute to IEP and student support meetings as needed
• Deliver services on-site during regular school hours
