Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary students at two New Braunfels area schools on a full-time contract. You’ll collaborate onsite with supervising SLPs across Voss Farms and Lamar, delivering services during school hours and helping implement IEPs.

You’ll document progress in SLP Toolkit, manage SHARS data, and monitor minutes, working with teachers and families to promote student communication goals.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Texas SLPA license and credentialing.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred; strong clinical skills welcome.
• Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, educators and families.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation in SLP Toolkit and SHARS data.
• Detail-oriented for IEP compliance and tracking service minutes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services to elementary caseload (34 at Voss Farms Elementary and 38 at Lamar Elementary).
• Follow treatment plans, IEPs, and directives supervised by campus SLPs.
• Document progress, session notes, and SHARS entries.
• Ensure timely entry of IEP minutes on the district's tracking platform.
• Collaborate with educational teams to support best outcomes for each student.
• Work within elementary school hours (7:30am-4:00pm).
