Strides Therapy & Educational Services is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in New Braunfels ISD. The role focuses on assessments, individualized treatment plans, and collaboration with educators and families within school settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• TX State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Educator Certificate (if applicable)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA unless CF.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve articulation, fluency and language skills.
• Collaborate with educators, parents and school team to support classroom participation and social interactions.
• Monitor and document progress, adapting treatment plans as needed for outcomes.
