Job summary

BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF GARDEN GROVE is seeking a Site Supervisor at one of BGCGG’s ASSETs sites in Garden Grove. The role oversees daily operations, staff supervision, facilities management, and program delivery at the high school site.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring 30+ hours weekly, starting at $26 per hour plus comprehensive benefits. Relevant education and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Associate’s degree (or 60 college units) and 1 year of supervisory experience or 2 years BGCGG Lead or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience working with teen-aged children in a group supervision setting.
• Bilingual capabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation, CA driver license and automobile insurance.
• Must maintain CPR certification throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, resources, and coaching to staff as necessary.
• Ensure safety, crisis intervention and confidentiality; follow policy changes promptly.
• Conduct staff meetings and yearly evaluations; manage staff development.
• Coordinate program development, trainings, and community relation efforts.
• Maintain attendance, paperwork, and filing per BGCGG policies.

Education

Associate’s degree (or 60 college units completed)
