Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned science instruction emphasizing conceptual understanding and real-world application.
• Drive measurable academic gains by analyzing scholar work and data and applying high-impact strategies.
• Build strong, authentic relationships with scholars and families to foster engagement.
• Design and implement assessments that measure progress toward mastery of standards.
• Continuously refine practice using data to close learning gaps.
• Collaborate with grade-level and content teams to align instruction and share best practices.
• Contribute to curriculum development, planning, and school-wide initiatives.
• Serve as an advisor, mentoring a small group of scholars.
