Join us in creating a model urban school district that serves all students with excellence. This role offers a $5,000 bonus and up to $5,000 for relocation expenses. Starting salaries for new teachers are $60,000, with potential to earn up to $82,000 based on experience and education, and total salary range from $60,000 to $111,000 with growth opportunities.

The Opportunity

At Mastery, we utilize the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and STEELs curricula to foster active, hands-on scientific learning, encouraging critical thinking and real-world problem solving. Teachers will collaborate with support teams to ensure student success and engage in ongoing professional development.
