Job summary

The Villages Charter School is seeking an RTI Math Interventionist for the Middleton campus to deliver math interventions within the MTSS/RTI framework. You will push-in with classrooms, analyze data, and collaborate with teachers to implement targeted strategies.

You will engage in parent meetings for RTI students, contribute to a continuous improvement process, and support students’ academic growth in math. This 205-day exempt role aligns with school goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Florida math certification (6-12) required.
• Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.
• Proficiency with technology and using the internet as a research tool.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track student data for RTI participants.
• Prepare documentation and communicate results with teachers.
• Collaborate with math team and attend Parent/Teacher meetings for RTI students.
• Implement the MTSS/RTI model to increase student achievement.
• Develop and implement intervention plans for at‑risk students.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or principal.
