Northeast State Community College seeks an Assistant Director of High School Programs to provide administrative and operational leadership for dual enrollment, Middle College, Career and Technical Education, and high school partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Two years of administrative or supervisory experience in an educational setting.
• Experience with grant writing, management, or coordinating grant activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational leadership for High School Programs.
• Coordinate dual enrollment, Middle College, and CTE initiatives with high schools.
• Oversee Perkins V grant activities, budgets, reporting, and scheduling.
• Work with Perkins V TBR staff, attend meetings via Teams or in Nashville.
• Supervise the Career and Technical Education Specialist position.
• Develop dual credit agreements and manage articulation testing and records.
• Assist with student admissions, enrollment processes, and marketing efforts.
• Support business office functions and grant verification.
• Assist in developing HSP marketing materials and mass communications.
