Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience – Two years of administrative or supervisory experience in an educational setting.
• Demonstrated experience in grant writing, management, or coordinating grant-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling planning, marketing, and registration visits with high schools.
• Assist Director in Middle College planning and coordination.
• Oversee Perkins V grant activities and budgets.
• Coordinate with Perkins V and TBR meetings via Teams or in Nashville.
• Supervise the Career and Technical Education Specialist.
• Coordinate Rural Health Care Pathways grant: benchmarks, budget, and events.
• Develop dual credit agreements with service-area high schools.
• Align curriculum and support articulation with high school faculty.
• Manage articulation testing and maintain records.
• Assist Admissions and Records with student documents.
• Coordinate marketing events and counselor meetings.
