Job summary

Rock Falls Township High School District 301 is seeking an experienced, student-centered educational leader to serve as Principal of RFHS beginning July 1, 2027. The successful candidate will be highly visible, collaborative, and able to foster strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.

• Hold or be eligible for Illinois Professional Educator License with administrative endorsement for principalship.
• Possess a master's degree from an accredited institution.

• Strong understanding of curriculum, instruction, assessment, student services, school improvement, and personnel leadership.
