Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of experience in higher education, secondary education, or a student engagement organization.
• One year of supervision of professional and/or student staff.
• Experience in student recruitment and outreach to diverse populations.

• Lead, supervise, and train the high school outreach team.
• Provide in-office admissions counseling to prospective students.
• Coordinate targeted follow-up communications to inquiries, applicants, and enrolled groups.
• Use data analysis and enrollment management principles for program evaluation.
• Assist in development and implementation of the strategic recruitment plan.
• Support visitation schedules in Colorado and out-of-state markets.
• Serve on internal and external committees.
