Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily high school operations with the principal.
• Monitor student attendance and oversee operational systems.
• Facilitate Multi‑Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) meetings.
• Provide coaching and support to teachers on behavior initiatives.
• Manage student behavioral infractions and collaborate with specialists.
• Investigate student incidents including bullying and harassment.
• Coordinate school‑wide Social‑Emotional Learning (SEL) events.
