Qualifications

• CPR and hospital-selected de‑escalation technique certification is required.
• Prior assessment and evaluation experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintains HIPAA and privacy compliance as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for patients/clients.
• Interview patients, families, and others to identify triggers and disruption.
• Assess psychosocial stressors to mitigate crisis impact.
• Facilitate emergency detention processes with proper documentation.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with medical staff and community resources to coordinate care.
