The teacher will plan and deliver rigorous mathematics lessons, assess progress, and support academic, personal, and spiritual growth of students. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Mathematics or a related field, have strong classroom management and communication skills, and be committed to Catholic education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field.
• Teaching certification preferred.
• Previous high school teaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics content and instructional best practices.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver rigorous mathematics instruction aligned with standards.
• Develop engaging lesson plans that promote student learning and achievement.
• Teach Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Statistics, or related courses.
• Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and progress records.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive, respectful classroom environment and use technology to enhance learning.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress.
