Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or hold a GED certificate.
• Experience working with students or parents as approved by the superintendent.
• Experience in church schools, day camps, youth groups, or similar settings may apply.
• Must be 18 years or older and have required coursework with passing grades.
• Completion of approved Education and Training courses referenced above.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and coordinators in implementing instructional plans.
• Monitor learning progress and support daily goals.
• Help with assessments and student motivation.
• Participate in meetings and workshops as required.
• Support speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English.
