Mission Graduates is seeking an Internship and Work-Based Learning Manager to empower high school students with career readiness and internships at Ida B. Wells High School in San Francisco.

This role collaborates with teachers and counselors to place students, oversee stipends, and track outcomes, using Salesforce and Google tools in a mission-driven, equity-focused program. The position requires 2–4 years working with diverse youth, bilingual Spanish/English, and a BA/BS with CPR and TB

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience working with diverse youth in community and public school settings.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• BA or BS degree, CPR certification, TB test clearance.
• Some weekend and evenings required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to prepare youth for a career and postsecondary education.
• Develop and manage internship partnerships and place students with coaching support.
• Oversee stipend payments and maintain program records using Salesforce, Google Docs, Excel and Word.
• Support outreach and partner communications with school staff and community organizations.
