Responsibilities

• Assist teacher with one-to-one or small-group activities.
• Assist in classroom management and preparing instructional materials and displays.
• Support a behavior management program emphasizing positive reinforcement.
• Maintain neat and orderly classroom and operate duplicating/AV equipment.
• Help with inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment and with required reports.
• Participate in staff development and faculty meetings; follow safety procedures.
