Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements.
• Teaching certification in multiple areas preferred.
• At least 5 years of teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide collaborative and one-on-one instructional coaching to improve student achievement.
• Align instructional support with district priorities and student outcome goals.
• Lead data sessions and monitor evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Ensure standards are the foundation of instruction across content areas.
• Develop and internalize lesson plans with teachers.
• Coordinate campus and district staff development.
• Model evidence-based practices through classroom demonstrations.
• Provide timely feedback to teachers to support improvement.
