Responsibilities

• Instructional Leadership: coach teachers with observations, walkthroughs, real-time coaching, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor achievement data and inform instructional development.
• Audit, analyze, and progress-monitor data weekly for strategic decisions.
• Design and lead high-quality professional development to improve teacher effectiveness.
• Ensure a robust testing environment, procedures, and investments.
• Student Culture: reinforce high expectations and foster joyful engagement in learning.
• Staff Culture: model and reinforce high expectations and create structured staff systems.
• Community Engagement: partner with families and stakeholders to support school goals.
• Talent Management: manage performance processes, identify top performers, and address underperformance
