KIPP New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Principal who will lead instructional practice and student culture across a grade level or content area. You will drive teacher development through observations, real-time coaching, and data analysis to accelerate student achievement.

As a key member of the school leadership team, you will foster an inclusive culture, manage staff performance, and partner with families, while guiding teams toward rigorous standards and equity in outcomes.
