Responsibilities

• Guidance: deliver campus developmental guidance curriculum and tailor to campus needs.
• Counseling: provide individual and small-group counseling for identified needs.
• Consultation: collaborate with parents, teachers, and community resources.
• Assessment: conduct needs assessments and interpret data to improve services.
• Program management: plan, evaluate, and maintain the guidance program.
