Job summary

Robbinsdale Area Schools is seeking an activities event staff at Armstrong High School. This casual position provides safe, high-quality customer service and supports athletic events under the direction of the Activities Director.

Assignments are scheduled on an as-needed basis and require a flexible schedule for high school game nights. Possible duties include setup and takedown, site management, timekeeping, scorekeeping, ticketing, announcer duties, and other event support roles as assigned,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Able to report to work in a timely manner.
• Providing effective customer service and dealing tactfully and courteously with the public.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Activities event staff are responsible for providing safe, high-quality customer service to all participants.
• Under the direction of the Activities Director, event staff are responsible for working a designated assignment to support athletic events.
• These assignments are scheduled on an as needed basis.
