Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Oklahoma teaching certificate (or eligibility/willingness to obtain certification).
• ESL/ELL certification, endorsement, or specialized ELD coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with general education teachers to co-plan and deliver push-in language support aligned with grade-level standards.
• Design and execute Tier 2 small-group or pull-out interventions targeting language development needs.
• Administer required language screeners and annual assessments following state and district guidelines.
• Analyze language acquisition and academic performance data to drive instruction and inform student support plans.
• Maintain documentation of services, progress monitoring, and compliance records.
• Collaborate in professional coaching cycles and participate in departmental planning.
• Foster a positive school culture and strong relationships with students and families.
