Qualifications

• Knowledge of New Jersey Student Learning Standards for ELA and evidence-based practices in literature, informational text, writing, speaking and vocabulary.
• Ability to plan and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction developing reading, writing, analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to use assessment data to monitor progress and differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
