Tatum Independent School District seeks a qualified classroom teacher to deliver core subject instruction and support students in reaching academic, social, and emotional growth goals. The role requires planning, assessment, and collaboration with staff to meet district standards.

The successful candidate will manage daily classroom activities, maintain positive student behavior, and engage families to support student progress within a compliant school environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or related training and work experience.
• Special knowledge of core subject area and ability to adapt instruction.
• Experience with classroom management and student engagement.
• AED/CPR certification for PE assignments where applicable.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to district curriculum.
• Plan instructional strategies and use diverse materials and technologies.
• Assess student learning and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to support IEPs.
• Manage classroom environment and enforce Student Code of Conduct.
• Communicate with parents and participate in staff meetings.
