The role involves organizing practices, preparing for competitions, and mentoring students while collaborating with parents and school staff. Evening and weekend availability is expected during the competitive season.

Qualifications

• Experience in competitive gaming or e-sports coaching is preferred.
• Strong understanding of popular e-sports titles and their competitive scenes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate high school students to achieve their best.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during the competitive season.
• Must be at least 18 and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs to enhance players' skills and teamwork.
• Organize and oversee team practices with a structured and productive environment.
• Prepare the team for competitions with strategy development and game analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback.
