Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for students participating in E Sports competitions.
• Coach students in strategy, teamwork, and individual skill development for various E Sports titles.
• Organize and lead practice sessions, ensuring a structured and productive environment.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with school administration and parents to promote the E Sports program.
• Organize and participate in local, regional, and national competitions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages sportsmanship and respect.
• Stay current with industry trends, game updates, and competitive strategies.
• Maintain equipment and ensure that all gaming setups are functional and up to date.
• Assist in recruiting new players and promoting the E Sports program within the school community.
