Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, carpets, bathrooms, walkways, hallways, classrooms, playgrounds, walls, windows, and all other areas of the building and grounds as instructed by the supervisor.
• Finish floors using strippers and final finishes.
• Report any deficiencies to your Supervisor and via the Work request system.
• Empty trash and maintain a safe area around dumpsters.
• Ensure all building areas are safe and secure.
• Maintain assigned storage closet in a neat/organized manner.
• Maintain inventory of supplies needed to complete job function; report when additional supplies are needed prior to depleting them.
• General Building repairs, Painting, as assigned.
• All other duties assigned to maintain the best possible environment for students and staff.
