Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Texas teaching certificate required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements curriculum plans and effective teaching strategies.
• Maintains attendance and grading records; communicates with parents and staff.
• Delivers instruction in line with TEA guidelines and district policies.
• Plans and supervises instructional activities; coordinates with aides/volunteers as needed.
• Uses technology and instructional aids to present subject matter to class.
• Participates in district professional development and staff meetings.
