Job summary

Spring ISD's Spring HS in Spring, Texas seeks a CTE Teacher for the High School level for the 2026-2027 school year. The position reports to the Principal, requires Texas teaching certification and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Texas teaching certification.
• Preferred: At least one year of student teaching or approved internship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the Director of Career & Technical Education to meet state guidelines and provide a consistent program.
• Provides instruction consistent with District curriculum and plans individualized study programs.
• Maintains discipline in accordance with local policy.
• Works with Director of Career & Technical Education to develop and revise curriculum.
• Maintains records for local and state reports and for CTE reporting requirements.
• Assists Director in obtaining follow-up data on CTE graduates.
