Job summary

Millard South High School is seeking a dedicated Campus Security team member to help maintain a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.

This full-time role runs 7:15am to 3:45pm, Monday through Friday. You will monitor activity, greet entrants, supervise hallways and grounds, and calmly deescalate disturbances as they arise. Candidates should relate well to high school students and uphold school safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact effectively with high school students.
• Ability to calmly deescalate disruptive situations.
• Willingness to monitor halls and school grounds throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student activity on school grounds during the day.
• Supervise entrances and hallways to support safety.
• Greet individuals entering the building.
• Interact with adolescents in a respectful manner.
• Deescalate disruptions as they arise.
