Job summary

Millard South High School is seeking a dedicated Campus Security team member to help maintain a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.

This full-time role runs 7:15am to 3:45pm, Monday through Friday. You will monitor activity, greet entrants, supervise hallways and grounds, and calmly deescalate disturbances as they arise. Candidates should relate well to high school students and uphold school safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to calmly deescalate disruptive situations.
• Willingness to monitor halls and school grounds throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor student activity in and around school grounds throughout the school day.
• Supervise halls, building entrances, and building grounds to help ensure appropriate student behaviorwhile assessing situations that may pose risk or concern to safety of students, staff, and building visitors.
• Greet individuals as they come into the building.
• Qualified applicants must possess the ability to interact and relate to high school age adolescents.
• Qualified applicants must possess the ability to calmly and quickly deescalate disruptivesituations as they arise.

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $20.54 Per Hour
