• Ability to work with students with special needs daily.

Responsibilities

• Respond to behavior problems as first responder.
• Document behavioral incidents and plan progress.
• Train associates on behavior plans and BIPs.
• Assist with BIP questions and behavior concerns.
• Assist teachers with behavior plans and accommodations.
• Escort students to/from bus and support morning routine.
