Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead daily practices focused on skill development and teamwork.
• Coach and supervise student-athletes during games and events, including evenings/weekends.
• Maintain communication with coaching staff to support player development and program alignment.
• Uphold school policies on conduct, attendance, and eligibility.
• Promote academic responsibility and good sportsmanship among athletes.
• Assist with equipment management and gym setup/breakdown.
